PRIVACY POLICY – JACOB HONDA

Jacob Honda (hereinafter referred to as “we”) will establish personal information protection policy for open applications, establish a mechanism for personal information protection, and promote the protection of personal information.

We need to maintain our customers personal information in an accurate and up to date to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc., to maintain security system, maintenance system etc. We take measures, implement safety measures and strictly manage personal information.

The application gets the advertisement ID of the terminal that the customer uses. Ad ID is only used for ad serving and user analysis. Advertising IDs are not used to associate personally identifiable information or other identifiers. Also, except for the advertisement ID, the application does not collect user data.

3. Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties.
We will properly manage the personal information you keep from the customer and will not disclose your personal information to a third party unless one of the following applies.
· When there is customer consent.
· When we disclose to the contractor outsourcing the business for the customer to do the desired service.
· When it is necessary to disclose based on laws and ordinances.

Security measures for personal information.
We are taking all possible measures for security to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

Inquiry of personal information.
If the customer wishes to inquire, modify or delete personal information, we will confirm that the customer is the principal and will respond.

Compliance with laws and regulations.
We will comply with the laws and other standards that apply to the personal information we possess, as well as review the content of this policy as necessary and make efforts to improve it.
